"现代评论派"是20世纪20年代中国重要的自由主义文化派别,它的产生是20年代后期中国社会激进思潮的一种制衡力量。"现代评论派"对中国思想文化做了一些理性的思考,这些思考虽然没有被当时的时代主流倾听,但其坚定的自由主义立场仍有着思想史的意义。自由主义知识分子在保持其道德热情的同时,又能以一种理性、务实、宽容的精神来解决所谓"中国问题"。这是"现代评论派"的文化选择留给后人的启示。

modern review faction is China＇s important cultural liberalism faction in the 1920 s,it is the counterweight of the late 20 s to the radical ideology of Chinese society.The Modern review party made some rational thinking to Chinese ideology and culture,although these thinking is not to listen by the mainstream of that time,but the firm liberal stance still has the meaning of the intellectual history.Liberal intellectuals in maintaining its moral passion at the same time,with a rational,practical,the spirit of tolerance to address the so-called＂China problem＂.This is the posterity of cultural choice of the modern review faction.
