农民工代际转换对沿海城市化进程的影响分析

The Analysis of the Impact of Migrant Workers' Inter-Generational Transformation on Coastal Urbanization Process

经过30多年的发展,目前,农民工队伍内部结构发生了巨大变化,即代际转换,其结果是产生了新生代农民工并成为外出农民工的主体。农民工代际转换在为加快沿海城市化进程带来机遇的同时,也给加快沿海城市化进程带来了挑战。本文认为,在农民工代际转换过程中,推进沿海城市化进程,应探讨以下路径:一是以提升新生代农民工技能和素质为重点,加强职业教育;二是以构建高效就业信息平台为重点,健全劳动力市场;三是以就地城镇化为重点,推进新生代农民工市民化与农村城镇化相结合;四是以加大户籍制度改革为重点,营造制度环境。

For 30 years development,at present,there is a grea t change in the ranks of migrant workers that is inter-generational transformation,that make the new generation migrant workers who are the main part of the migrant workers.Not only the migrant workers＇ inter-generational transformation bring the opportunities but also the challenges for the acceleration of urbanization in coastal areas.This paper said,at the process of the migrant workers＇ inter-generational transformation,we should discuss such ways to promote the urbanization in coastal areas,the first,we should put our focus on promoting the new generation migrant workers＇ skills and their qualities,strengthen the professional education.The second,we should put our focus on Building a highly efficient employment information platform,strengthen labor market.The third,we should put our focus on local urbanization to advance the combination between the new generation migrant workers urbanization and the rural urbanization;the fourth,we should put our focus on increasing the reform of household registration system,building system environment.
