我国建立公职人员财产公开制度的困境及对策建议

在我国严峻的反腐形势下,建立公职人员财产公开制度对推进制度反腐具有深远意义。然而由于法律制度缺位、公职人员存在抵触情绪、相关制度不健全等因素,使得该项制度的建立进展缓慢。为稳步推进公职人员财产公开制度的建立,可以从人大立法、树立公职人员正确权力观和完善相关制度等方面着手。

In this rigorous anti-corruption situation,the estab lishment of public officers＇ property disclosure system has far-reaching significance to promote anti-corruption system.However,due to factors such as officials＇ psychological resistance,the absence of the legal system and related system,the establishment of this system makes slow progress.In order to steadily promote the property disclosure system,measures can be taken from the NPC legislation,correct view of power shaping and relevant system improvement and so on.
