PIK3CD表达量检测对胃癌临床病理分期及恶性程度的评估价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析PIK3CD表达量检测对胃癌临床病理分期及恶性程度的评估价值。方法:收集在本院接受根治性胃癌手术患者的肿瘤标本组织、癌旁组织、血液标本各92例,检测肿瘤组织的PIK3CD表达量,血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)、CD44v6、E钙粘附素(E-cadherine,E-CD)、成骨细胞特异因子-2(OSF-2)水平、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、糖蛋白抗原72-4(CA72-4)、单抗MG7相关抗原(MG7Ag)、微小RNA-21(miR-21)、let-7a等恶性程度相关指标值,进一步分析PIK3CD表达量与恶性程度指标值的相关性。结果:Ⅳ期患者的癌组织及癌旁组织中PIK3CD表达量高于相应部位的Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05);Ⅳ期胃癌患者的血清OPN、CD44v6、E-CD、OSF-2水平高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05);Ⅳ期胃癌患者的血清PGⅠ、let-7a水平低于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者,CA72-4、MG7Ag、miR-21水平高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05);PIK3CD表达量与OPN、CD44v6、E-CD、OSF-2、CA72-4、MG7Ag、miR-21水平呈正比,与PGⅠ、let-7a水平呈反比(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中PIK3CD高表达,且PIK3CD表达量与诸多恶性程度指标存在直接相关关系,可以作为评估胃癌病情的敏感指标。 Objective:To analyze the assessment value of PIK3 CD expression detection in clinicopathological staging and malignant degree of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 92 cases of each of tumor tissue,precancerous tissue and blood samples from patients who received radical operation of gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2014 were collected.PIK3 CD expression levels in tumor tissue as well as values of indicators of malignancy osteopontin(OPN),CD44v6,E-cadherine(E-CD),osteoblast-specific factor-2(OSF-2),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4),monoclonal gastric cancer 7antigen(MG7Ag),micro RNA-21(miR-21)and let-7ain serum were detected,and the correlation between PIK3 CD expression level and values of indicators of malignancy was further analyzed.Results:PIK3CD expression levels in tumor tissue and paracancer tissue ofⅣ stage patients were higher than those in corresponding parts ofⅠ stage,Ⅱ stage andⅢ stage patients(P〈0.05);serum OPN,CD44v6,E-CD and OSF-2levels ofⅣ stage gastric cancer patients were higher than those ofⅠ stage,Ⅱ stage andⅢ stage patients(P〈0.05);serum PGⅠ and let-7alevels ofⅣ stage gastric cancer patients were lower than those ofⅠstage,Ⅱstage andⅢstage patients,while CA72-4,MG7 Ag and miR-21 levels were higher than those ofⅠstage,Ⅱstage andⅢstage patients(P〈0.05);PIK3CD expression level was directly proportional to OPN,CD44v6,E-CD,OSF-2,CA72-4,MG7 Ag and miR-21 levels and inversely proportional to PGⅠ and let-7alevels(P〈0.05).Conclusion:PIK3CD is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissue,PIK3 CD expression has direct correlation with a number of indicators of malignancy,and it can be used as a sensitive index for assessing the condition of gastric cancer.
