腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜异位症患者炎症因子、免疫球蛋白的影响

Effect of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in patients with endometriosis

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜异位症患者炎症因子、免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:将84例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。观察组行腹腔镜手术,对照组行开腹手术,检测手术前、后两组患者炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平以及免疫球蛋白Ig M、Ig G、Ig A水平,并进行比较。结果:手术后,两组患者CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),但对照组升高更明显(P<0.05);手术后,两组患者Ig M、Ig A与治疗前相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),但Ig G均明显下降(P<0.05),且对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症,造成的炎症反应及对免疫功能的不良影响相对较少。

Objective：To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in patients with endometriosis.Methods：A total of 84 endometriosis patients were divided into observation group（42cases）and control group（42cases）.The observation group patients were undergone laparoscopic surgery,and the control group patients were undergone laparotomy.The inflammatory factors（CRP,IL-6,TNF-α）and immunoglobulin（Ig M,Ig G,Ig A）were tested and compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results：The two groups inflammatory factors（CRP,IL-6,TNF-α）levels were increased significantly after operation（P〈0.05）,and the control group increased more significantly than in the observation group（P〈0.05）;There was no significant difference on Ig M and Ig A after operation in two groups（P〈0.05）,Ig G was decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）,and the control group increased more significantly than in observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery has little effect on the inflammatory response and immune function in patients with endometriosis.
