七沟道球笼式等速万向节沟道接触应力的计算及优化设计 被引量:6

摘要 通过对七沟道球笼式等速万向节星形套和钟形壳圆弧形沟道曲率的解析,根据Hertz接触理论分别计算出2种沟道与钢球接触时的接触应力,进而探讨该类万向节优化设计的规律。得出:增加钢球直径及相应的球组节圆直径,特别是减小沟道截面曲率半径系数,可显著提高七沟道球笼式等速万向节的承载能力和寿命。 By analyzing circular raceway curvature of starlike sleeve and bell- shaped shell of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint with seven raceway,according to Hertz contact theory,the contact stress is calculated when two kinds of raceways contact with steel ball. The rules are discussed for optimal design of universal joint. It is concluded that the load carrying capacity and life of the rzeppa constant velocity universal joint are significantly improved by increasing steel ball diameter and corresponding pitch diameter of ball set,especially decreasing curvature radius coefficient of raceway section.
