摘要
在滑滚比大于2的工况下,考虑了滑滚比对无保持架角接触球轴承热弹性流体动力润滑的影响,利用Ree-Eyring流体模型,使用多重网格法求解压力和膜厚,多重网格积分法分析弹性变形,逐列扫描技术求解温度场。结果表明:随着滑滚比的增大,压力峰和油膜凹陷朝接触区中心移动,且其值与油膜剪应力逐渐增大,油膜温升与流场波动呈先减小后增大的趋势;在零卷吸工况下,压力曲线两侧出现2个小的压力峰,但在较小滑滚比下不出现。
The effect of slide- roll ratio larger than 2 on thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication( EHL) of angular contact ball bearings without cages is considered by employing a Ree- Eyring fluid model. The pressure and film thicknesses are obtained by using multi- grid method,and the elastic deformation is analyzed by using multilevel multi- integration technique. A column- column scanning technique is applied to solve temperature field. The results prove that with the increase of slide- roll ratio,the pressure peak and oil film dimple moves toward contact center,and the increased slide- roll ratio amplifies the shear stress of oil film. The temperature rise of oil film and fluctuation of flow field decline at first and then climb up. Two small pressure peak appear on both sides of pressure curve under zero entrainment velocity( ZEV). However,such pressure peak can not occur under lower slide- roll ratio.
