差分振子在滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用

摘要 提出了差分振子检测微弱信号特征频率的方法,通过观察系统的相图变化判断系统是否含有待检测频率。介绍了差分振子的参数设置原则,通过仿真说明了差分振子的检测带宽特性和幅值检测特性,并将其应用于圆锥滚子轴承的故障检测,通过连续观察相图大小的变化,发现故障信号幅值的变化,从而在线观察故障变化趋势,做出故障判断。 The detection method for characteristic frequency of weak signal by differential oscillator is put forward,and the phase diagram change of system is observed to judge whether the system contains a frequency to be detected. The setting principle of parameters for differential oscillator is introduced. The detection bandwidth properties and amplitude detection properties of differential oscillator are illustrated by simulation,and the method is applied to fault detection of tapered roller bearings. The amplitude change of fault signal is found by observing the magnitude of phase diagram continuously,so the change trend of fault can be observed on- line to judge fault.
