摘要 目的观察连续10 d的下体负压训练对人体心脏功能及自主神经功能的影响。方法 2014年6-7月选取在校大学生8名(健康男性)进行10 d的-50 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)下体负压训练,每天10 min。训练前后进行心脏泵血、收缩功能及心率变异性检测。结果下体负压训练10 d后,受试者每搏量、心输出量和左心室射血时间较训练前显著增加(P<0.05),心率归一化低频值、低频与高频比值较训练前显著升高(P<0.05),而总外周阻力和射血前期未见显著变化。结论连续10 d的下体负压训练可明显改善心脏泵血与收缩功能,增强交感神经紧张度。 Objective To observe the changes of cardiac function and autonomic regulation after lower body negative pressure training for 10 days. Methods Eight healthy male subjects were exposed to-50 mm Hg lower body negative pressure(LBNP) for 10 min every day, lasting for 10 days. Before and after LBNP training, the cardiac pumping function, systolic function and heart rate variability were detected. Results After 10 days of LBNP training, stroke volume, cardiac output and left ventricular ejection time, low frequency component of heart rate variability and the ratio of low frequency component to high frequency component increased significantly compared with those before training(P〈 0.05). While, total peripheral resistance and pre-ejection time had no changes after LBNP training. Conclusion Ten days of LBNP training is effective in improving cardiac pump and systolic function and in increasing sympathetic nerve tension.
