结肠癌患者Ki-67、IGF-2表达与结肠癌相关分期的关联性 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究结肠癌患者Ki-67、IGF-2表达与结肠癌相关分期的关联性,为治疗提供数据参考。方法选取2013年6月至2014年12月在我院接受结肠癌治疗88例患者的手术标本,采用免疫组化SP法测定患者癌组织中的Ki-67表达,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血液中IGF-2的表达,对比Ki-67、IGF-2表达与结肠癌相关分期的关系,分析不同结肠癌分期Ki-67、IGF-2水平变化。采用Logistic回归性分析Ki-67、IGF-2与结肠癌的相关性。结果临床分期C+D期的患者癌变组织中Ki-67表达阳性率明显高于临床分期A+B期患者;结肠癌的Dukes分期越晚,患者的IGF-2水平越高,差异均具有统计学意义(P>0.05);根据Logistic回归性分析,Ki-67和IGF-2升高均是结肠癌的独立危险因素。结论 Ki-67、IGF-2水平均与结肠癌的进展呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between Ki-67 and IGF-2 expression in colon cancer patients and its correlation with the stage of colon cancer. Methods 88 patients with colon cancer confirmed with pathological diagnosis were selected in this study. Ki-67 expression in cancer tissues was determined by immunohistochemical SP method. The expression of IGF-2 in the blood was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The relationship between Ki-67,IGF-2 expression and colon cancer staging was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results The positive rate of Ki-67 expression in the cancerous tissues of patients with stage C + D was significantly higher than that of patients in stage A + B. The higher the Dukes stage,the higher the IGF-2 level,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). According to Logistic regression analysis,Ki-67 and IGF-2 were the risk factors of colon cancer. Conclusion Ki-67,IGF-2 levels were positively correlated with the degree of malignant transformation of colon cancer.
