口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中细胞角蛋白19、乙酰肝素酶的表达及检测意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中细胞角蛋白19(cytokerantin-19,ck19)、乙酰肝素酶(heparinase,HPA)的表达及其检测价值,为临床治疗提供数据参考。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月期间在我院接受治疗的52例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者为研究对象,详细记录每位患者的各项资料,采集标本、检测ck19以及HPA的表达情况,分析其检测意义。结果HPA的水平与患者年龄、性别无显著关系,与患者TNM分期、组织学分级、淋巴结是否转移明显相关;ck19的表达与患者的年龄、性别无关,与TNM分期以及组织学的分化存在明显的关联,P<0.05;HPA诊断的灵敏度为94.0%(47/50),特异度为50%(1/2),ck19诊断的灵敏度为91.3%(42/46),特异度为33.3%(2/6),对比两组结果,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 ck19、HPA的表达与患者口腔鳞状细胞癌的发展有着明显的相关性,能够作为潜在的诊断标志物,具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the expression and its value of cytokeratin 19( CK19) and heparanase( HPA) in oral squamous cell carcinoma to provide reference data for clinical treatment. Methods 52 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma patients were selected in this study. The expression of ck19 and HPA were detected,and detailed each patient' s information were recorded. Results The level of HPA had no significant relationship with age and gender,and it was significantly correlated with TNM staging,histological grading and lymph node metastasis. The expression of CK19 was associated with age,gender,and TNM( P〈0. 05). The diagnosis sensitivity and specificity of HPA were 94. 0% and 50%,and the sensitivity and specificity of CK19 were 91. 3% and 33. 3% respectively. There was no significantly difference between them( P〉0. 05).Conclusion The expression of HPA and CK19 was significantly correlated with the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. They have a high diagnostic value,and could be used as markers for the diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
