通过对国内外检验危急值项目选择和危急值界限设定的现状分析,提出应根据医院疾病谱特点对检验危急值项目实行分级管理,设定危急值界限不仅验证检测系统,还要结合不同科室对危急重疾病救治经验、技术能力、抢救设施而进行个性化设定。

The selection of laboratory critical value items and critical limits in domestic and foreign medical institution were analyzed. The critical value items could be classified managed based on the characteristics of hospital disease. The selected critical value limitations should be not only to validate the testing system,but also combine different departments in critical illness medical experience,technical capabilities and rescue facilities.
