摘要
情景信息是应急决策的基础。针对现有研究在为不同层次决策者提供不同粒度且一致信息方面所表现的不足,文中首先给出多粒度情景信息的生成方法,基于此方法,完成了多粒度情景信息生成系统的设计,并开发出原型系统。通过该系统可实现多层次情景构建及情景层次映射算法,其中多层次情景可实现情景信息的多粒度性,而情景层次映射算法则保证不同粒度信息的一致性。
Scene information is the basis for the emergency management. To cover the shortages in providing multi-granularity and consistent information for decision makers at different levels,a method to get multi-granularity scene information is given out. Then a system is designed based on the method. At last,a prototype system is developed. Multi-level scenario building and scene hierarchy mapping algorithm can be realized through the system. Multi-level scenario can realize the multiple granularity of scene information,and scene hierarchy mapping algorithm is to ensure the consistency of different particle size information.
