摘要 针对目前舰船腐蚀监测采用单一的船体电位检测方法的局限性,文章提出拟采用油液分析技术对舰船重要舱室的舱底水进行系统监测,通过采用油液分析技术中的发射光谱分析技术和铁谱分析技术,发现其能够很好地监测舱底的腐蚀情况,这种监测方法不仅可以对重要舱室底部的腐蚀防护工作进行有效指导,结合舰船装备精细化管理还可以早期发现舱室管系腐蚀渗漏情况,同时还对利用油液分析监测舰船腐蚀的技术下一步发展进行了展望。 Aimed at the limitations of ship corrosion monitoring by single hull potential detection method,the method of oil monitoring was proposed to ship bilge water in important cabins for system monitoring. It was found that oil monitoring technology could monitor the tank bottom corrosion. Oil monitoring technology was mainly the emission spectrum analysis technology and the iron spectrum analysis technology,which could not only carry out the guidance to the corrosion protection of the important cabin bottom effectively,but also could find the leakage of the tube system as soon as possible when it was used with fine management. What's more,it was prospected that the future development of the technology of ship corrosion monitoring will be successful by using oil monitoring technology.
