摘要
针对船员反映的水泵噪声异常问题,开展了振动监测,经数据处理和故障特征分析判别了故障部位和原因。为了验证故障分析结论,对泵组拆检维修情况进行了跟踪,并开展了修后振动监测。基于测试数据和故障拆检结果,对Peakvue技术和常规时频分析技术提取轴承故障特征问题进行了比较,结果表明Peakvue技术能对故障轴承部位做出更为准确的判断。
The vibration of a water pump is measured for its harsh noise. After data processing and failure characteristic analysis,the fault position and failure cause are judged. To validate the conclusion,the repairing information of the pump is collected and the vibration monitoring is performed. Based on the test data and the overhaul of the pump,the Peakvue technology is compared with the conventional time-domain and frequency-domain analysis on detecting the fault signature of bearings. The result shows that more accurate diagnosis can be made on the bearing fault position by using the Peakvue technology.
