摘要
地基加固处理中应用强夯法,具有工期短、施工工艺简单、工程造价低的优点。本文结合"中国石油大连石化长兴岛炼化项目地基处理工程"系统介绍了强夯加固碎石土回填地基的试夯与试验方案,通过孔隙水压力观测、静力载荷试验、动力触探试验、瑞利波测试以及加固前后土体指标的对比,对各强夯能级强夯加固效果进行了定性和定量的评价,确定了合理的施工控制参数,可为类似碎石土回填地基加固设计提供借鉴。
Dynamic compaction applied in foundation reinforcement has the advantages of short duration, simple construction process and low project cost. Based on "Foundation treatment of CNPC Dalian petrochemical Changxing Island refinery project", an introduction has been given systematically to the trial tamping and testing option for the dynamic compaction reinforcement of the foundation backfilled with crushed stone soil. By using pore water pressure observation, static load test, dynamic sounding test, Rayleigh wave detection and the contrast of soil indices before and after reinforcement, the qualitative and quantitative evaluation have been carried out for the reinforcement effects of different dynamic compaction levels, and reasonable construction control parameters have been determined, which serve as a reference for the design of reinforcing foundation backfilled with crushed stone soil.
