On the Relationship between the Construction of Socialist Ecological Civilization and the Developmental New Normal

社会主义生态文明建设,要求经济发展必须要摆脱落后粗放式的旧常态和转向创新集约式的新常态。而以转型升级为主核的经济新常态,不仅体现了经济健康持续发展的生态化要求,而且也要求中国特色社会主义的各项建设事业都要积极适应这个新常态。这为实现生态文明建设与经济发展并重的永续发展提供了重要契机。社会主义生态文明建设和发展新常态在内在要求上的契合,从根本上反映了二者之间是辩证统一的相互作用关系。

The construction of socialist ecological civilization requires that the economic development be lifted out of the backward and extensive type of old normal and turn to the intensive type of new normal. But the new normal,which takes transformation and upgrading as its core,shows not only the ecological requirement of the healthy and sustained development of economy,but also the requirement that the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics actively adapt to the new normal. It provides an important opportunity for the continuous development which attaches equal importance to the achievement of both socialist ecological civilization and sustainable development. The agreement of inner requirement of development of socialist ecological civilization and the new normal is actually showing they enjoy the interactive relationship of dialectical unity.
