摘要
研究了超声辅助-十八烷基键合硅胶分散固相萃取测定痕量铁的新方法,将十八烷基键合硅胶材料加入样品溶液中,在超声波的辅助下,键合硅胶材料分散于溶液中,对疏水性物质Fe-Phen配合物有强吸附萃取能力。最佳实验条件下,方法的线性范围为1.5~260μg/L(r=0.9999),检出限为0.72μg/L。方法成功应用于环境水样分析,加标回收率在97.7%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.8%~2.7%之间。
This article studies a new method using ultrasound-assisted extraction coupled with dispersive solid phase extraction base on ODS to determine trace iron. When ODS is put into the sample solution,it has strong ability to adsorb extraction to Fe-Phen complex with ultrasound assistance. Under the optimum test conditions,the linear range of the method is 1.5~260 μg/L(r = 0.9999), and the detection limits is 0.72 μg/L. This method has been successfully applied in the analysis of water samples,whose recovery ranges in 97.7%~102.0% and the relative standard deviations in 1.8%~2.7%.
