摘要
南钢3500mm炉卷轧机生产厚度15.5mm、宽度2500mm的X65MS抗酸管线钢,由于性能指标要求极高,生产初期性能不合格率达8.5%。通过对化学成分设计、道次压下率、入水温度等工艺进行优化改进,显著改善了性能合格率,由最初的91.5%提高至98.5%。
