摘要
实验采用盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸溶解试样,电感耦合等离子发射光谱测定试样中硫含量。对溶解试样方法和仪器工作条件进行了选择,该方法克服常规化学法的耗时长、步骤繁琐等缺点,能够快速、准确的分析石灰石和白云石中的硫含量。测定结果与标准值法和微波消解法相符,十次测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1%,回收率为98%~110%,可以满足生产和科研的要求。
Hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid as dissolve samples,sulphur content in limestone and dolomite could be determined with ICP-AES method. The conditions for sample dissolve procedure and instrumental measurement were optimized. The method could analyze the sulphur content accurately and rapidly,replacing traditional chemical methods which took long time and complicated procedures. The results for ten times were the same with standard values and microwave digestion method. RSD 1% and the recovery rate was 98%- 110%,which could meet requirements of production and scientific research.
