摘要
目的探讨炎性因子介导的白细胞内源性硫化氢(H2S)在高血压发病中的调节作用。方法选取解放军总医院2012年10月~2013年5月健康查体受检者249例,分为3组:高血压未控制组患者72例、高血压控制组患者87例及正常对照组90例,通过测量其白细胞H2S产生速率及血浆高血压相关炎性因子白介素-6,10,17(IL-6、IL-10、IL-17)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的浓度,分析各组白细胞内H2S产生速率的差异,并采用相关及回归分析探讨其对高血压相关炎性因子的影响。结果高血压未控制组白细胞H2S产生速率明显低于高血压控制组及正常组Z,高血压未控制组(0.035±0.015)nmol/μg·h^(-1)、高血压控制组(0.045±0.017)nmol/μg·h^(-1)、正常对照组[(0.046±0.021)nmol/μg·h^(-1),P<0.01]。血浆高血压相关炎性因子TNF-α明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),而IL-10明显低于其他两组(P<0.01),且白细胞H2S产生速率与炎性因子IL-10存在明显相关(P<0.01)。结论白细胞内H2S产生减少可能是高血压发病原因之一,其机制可能是通过相关炎性因子介导产生的。
Objective To investigate the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide in the healthy population, and to explore inflammatory cytokines-mediated mechanisms in the pathogenesis of hypertension. Methods From patients who underwent health examinations at PLA General Hospital from Oct 2012 to May 2013, 72 cases of hypertensive patients with blood pressure no-controlled were selected into no-controlled group, 87 cases of hypertensive patients with good BP control were selected into controlled group, and 90 healthy individuals were selected into normal group. The leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide and the plasma cytokines of IL-6、IL-10、IL-17 and TNF-α were measured. Differences in the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide between different groups and its influence on cytokines related to hypertension were analyzed. Results For hypertensive patients no-controlled, the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide of was significantly lower than those of other groups(the no-controlled group 0.035 ± 0.015、the controlled group 0.045 ± 0.017、the normal group 0.046 ± 0.021, P 〈 0.01), the plasma cytokine TNF-αwas significantly higher than those of other groups(P 〈 0.05), and IL-10 was significantly lower than other groups(P 〈 0.01). The leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide was correlated with IL-10(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Decrease in leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide may be one of the mechanisms of hypertension. The inflammatory cytokines-mediated hydrogen sulfide can lead to essential hypertension.
