可溶性ST2在心力衰竭诊断及预后评估中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 心力衰竭(HF)是老年人常见的心血管疾病,已严重影响老年人的身心健康。HF是一种多种原因所致的心脏收缩与舒张功能受损,心输出量不能满足机体代谢需要的临床综合征,临床诊断主要依据病史、临床症状、超声检查、血中标记物脑利钠肽(BNP)等综合分析判断。而射血分数正常的HF患者病情更隐匿,临床诊断更需要有价值的生物标记物提供帮助。近年研究发现,
