Practice and Exploration on the Construction of “Staff Members' Small Families”of College Basic Level

高校基层"职工小家"是基层单位党委和行政联系教职工的桥梁和纽带,开展"职工小家"建设是基层分工会服务学校改革发展的需要,服务广大教职工的需要。本文从工作实践出发,提出了"职工小家"建设工作的思考和建议。

＂Staff members’ small families ＂ of college basic level is the bridge and link for the basic Party committees and administrative to contact the teaching staff. The construction of＂staff members’ small families＂is the demand for grass-roots trade unions to serve the reform and development of colleges and the teaching staff. Based on the practical work,this article brings forward the ideas and suggestions of construction of＂staff members’ small families＂.
