摘要
目前，阿富汗动荡局势愈演愈烈。过去的2015年被阿富汗塔利班（简称阿塔）称为自2001年以来其在战事上最为成功的一年。①在这一年里，阿塔卷土重来，频繁发动攻击，取得了“丰硕战果”，其中包括对阿富汗北部重镇昆都士的短暂占领。
