The Research and Application of the Combination of "Practical Wikipedia of the International Classification of Diseases" Network with Wechat Platform

目的为医院病案统计人员疾病编码和手术操作编码工作提供快捷、权威、持续的组合式"双平台"方案。方法采用开放式垂直型专家维基(Wiki)系统和微信公众平台订阅号,搭建基于维基平台和微信平台的国际疾病分类辞典。结果基于维基平台和微信平台的国际疾病分类辞典的应用,可以拓展病案统计人员的专业知识视野,提高查找疑难编码的速度和准确率,满足等级医院评审和DRGs等方面的编码需求。结论 "国际疾病分类实用维基百科"网站与微信平台组合式的应用,形成具有便捷性、权威性、开放性、协作性、体系性的国际疾病分类百科全书,病案统计人员在平台上进行学术交流、互动和分享,打破了时间和空间的界限,使维基百科互动学习的模式发扬光大。

Objectives To provide a fast, authoritative, continuous ＂dual platform＂ program for medical record statistics personnel coding diseases and operations of the hospital. Methods The international classification of diseases （ICD）, which is based on Wiki and Wechat, was established by using the open vertical expert （Wiki） system and the Wechat public platform subscription number. Results The ICD based on Wiki and Wechat expanded the medical record statistics staffs＇ professional knowledge and improved the speed and accuracy of finding difficult disease coding. It met the encoding requirements in hospital accreditation and DRGs. Conclusions Combined application of the ICD in practical Wikipedia website and the ICD based on Wechat platform forms an encyclopedia of ICD, which is convenient, authoritative, open, cooperative and systematic. Medical record statistics staffs who are in academic exchange, interaction and sharing on the platform break the boundaries of time and space and develop the model of interactive learning in Wikipedia.
