近十年我国病案质量研究中基于共词的热点主题和趋势分析

Analysis on the Hot Themes and Trends Based on Co-words in the Quality Research of Medical Records in Our Nation in the Past 10 Years

目的研究近年来我国病案质量研究热点主题和发展趋势。方法采用高频关键词聚类分析结合主题战略坐标揭示病案质量研究热点主题和趋势。结果我国病案质量研究文献的增长经过了慢速发展、波动性增长和基本趋于稳定的过程,1474篇文献分布于422种期刊,其中前10名期刊占了全部文献的47.29%,形成了《中国病案》等为核心期刊的学术交流平台;同时形成了以病案质量问题与对策和病案质量控制方法为中心的11个热点主题。结论病案质量研究具有多学科特征,已经形成医院病案质量管理的问题与对策和病案质量控制及其方法措施等核心主题;病案首页质量分析及控制、护理病历书写质量分析及控制、病案质量管理监控及质量提高和病历质量与医疗质量安全及纠纷有着巨大的发展潜力;病案信息的应用、临床路径与病案质量管理和电子病历相关研究可能成为未来研究的热点和发展方向。

Objective To study the hot themes and trends based on co-words in the quality research of medical records in our nation in recent years. Methods Co-word cluster and subject strategic diagram methods were used to discover hot theme and trends in the quality research of medical records. Results The growth of the medical record quality research literature in China passed a slow the process of development, basic stable growth and volatility, 1474 papers were distributed in 422 journals, among which the first 10 journals accounted for 47.29% of the total papers, and formed the academic exchange platform for the core journals represented by ＂Chinese Medical records＂. To form the quality of medical records and countermeasures, medical record quality control method as the center of the 11 hot topics. Conclusions Medical record quality is a multi-disciplinary area, and has formed core themes such as the problem and countermeasure of hospital medical record quality management, and the quality control of medical record and method. The quality analysis and control of medical record front sheet, nursing record writing, quality control and quality improvement of medical record, and medical quality safety and disputes have great potential for development. Application of medical record information, clinical pathway and medical record quality management and electronic medical record may become the hot themes and the new development directions in the future research.
