摘要
通过溶剂浸取法、超临界CO2萃取法、顶空进样法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取辛夷挥发油,利用GC-MS对不同提取方法所得的挥发油进行成分分析,结果表明溶剂浸取法只得到7种有效成分,其他3种方法共鉴定出64种有效成分,所得挥发油共有28种成分.对4种辛夷挥发油提取方法进行了对比和讨论,为辛夷挥发油的提取及提取物的分析提供了参考,为其应用提供了依据和帮助.
The volatile oil was obtained from Flos Magnolia. with solvent extraction,supercritical flow extraction（ SFE）,headspace extraction（ HE） and steam distillation. The components of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS. The results showed that volatile oil extracted by solvent 7 components can be obtained only,64 species of components were detected by the other three methods. There were 28 common components in the volatile oil which was extracted SFE,HE and steam distillation. Volatile oil obtained by the four methods had also been compared and discussed. This was useful for quality evaluation of Flos Magnolia volatile oil.
