摘要
针对既有居住建筑节能改造时存在多种备选方案的问题,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法的多目标决策问题解决方案.首先,运用层次分析法设计了既有居住建筑节能改造方案评价指标体系,然后建立了模糊综合评价模型,通过该模型在湖南省屋顶节能改造方案选优排序中的应用实例分析,证明了该方法在既有居住建筑节能改造方案评价与优选中的可行性,实现了定性分析与定量研究的有效结合.
Aiming at the existing problem of choice alternatives of residential building energy saving reconstruction,this paper proposes a fuzzy AHP based on multi-goal decision problem solution. Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to design both the appraisal index system of residential building energy saving reconstruction,then set up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Through the analysis of an application example of the model in the energy saving project of Hunan province roof-ordering selection,the feasibility and practicality of the method in the evaluation and selection of scheme of residential building energy saving reconstruction are proved,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative research effectively.
