天然高褪黑素牛奶生产技术

Technology for Production of Cow's Milk Rich in Naturally Expressed Melatonin

褪黑素是松果体分泌的一种吲哚类神经内分泌激素,具有改善人体睡眠质量、增强免疫、抗衰老及抗肿瘤等十分广泛的生理功能。普通牛奶中含有天然的褪黑素,但含量较低,通过光控技术专门生产的夜间牛奶天然褪黑素含量很高。因此,本文综述了褪黑素的合成、生物学功能、对人体健康的作用及天然高褪黑素牛奶生产技术,为进一步研究生产天然高褪黑素牛奶提供参考。

Melatonin is an indolamine neuroendocrine hormone secreted by pineal gland and has a variety of physiological functions,such as improving the human sleeping quality,strengthening the immunity,anti-aging and antineoplastic. Ordinary milk contains low content of naturally expressed melatonin,but the milk produced in nighttime by light control technology has a higher content of naturally expressed melatonin. This article summarized the melatonin synthetic process,biological functions,effects on human health,and production technology of high content of naturally expressed melatonin milk to provide references to further development of the technology for enhancing melatonin content in cow＇s milk.
