摘要
热应激改变动物行为和生理机能,miRNAs作为22个核苷酸左右的非编码RNA,在转录后水平通过抑制靶基因参与机体的热应激调控。本文就miRNAs对热应激细胞生长、凋亡以及对热应激畜禽免疫、抗应激、器官损伤、生长性能和繁殖性能等方面所起作用及其机制进行综述。
Animal behavior and physiological function were changed under heat stress. miRNAs contained approximately 22 nucleotides in length regulated target gene of heat-stressed animal at the post-transcriptional level.This article mainly reviewed the effects of differential miRNAs expression on growth and apoptosis of heat stress cell,and the regulation of miRNAs on immunity,anti-stress responses,organic damage,performance and fertility,etc,and their mechanisms.
