摘要
全国各地探索开展的法治建设的成效评估可分为三种基本类型。落实十八届四中全会关于"把法治建设成效纳入领导班子和领导干部政绩考核指标体系"的要求,并不需要另起炉灶。现实可行的路径是立足现有基础,实现法治建设评估工作类型的转型,重点是要实现评估目的、评估实施主体、评估客体、评估指标体系设定、评估方法、评估结果六个方面的转向。
Effectiveness evaluation of legal construction can be divided into three basic types. The requirements which taking legal construction achievements as performance appraisal indicator system of leading groups and leading cadres must be implemented. Realistic path is based on the existing basis, realizing the transformation of appraisal work of legal construction, the key is to realize six aspects of transformation such as evaluation purpose, evaluation subject, evaluation object, evaluation index system, evaluation methods, evaluation results.
