通过对热矫直机矫直辊及支撑辊进行改造,增设吹扫装置,提高矫直辊的使用周期及矫直辊的表面质量,从而提高矫直钢板表面质量和矫直效率。

The usage period and surface quality of straightening roller are improved by modifying the straightening roll and backup roll of hot straightening machine and increasing blow-sweep devices in order to improve the surface quality and straightening efficiency of the straightened steel plate.
