金属复合板界面剪切强度与组元性能关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过测定不同金属复合板中基材及复材纯组元材料的拉伸性能、剪切性能及显微硬度,统计给出了组元材料拉伸性能与剪切性能之间的关系,建立了抗拉强度与显微硬度之间的关系。通过数据回归建立了金属复合板界面剪切强度与基、复材纯组元性能之间的关系式,利用该关系式可以对金属复合板的界面剪切强度进行预测。结果表明,界面结合良好的金属复合板界面的剪切强度与基、复材组元的力学性能有直接的关系。 The relationship between tensile property and shear property of components materials is obtained by determining tensile property, shear property and microhardness of pure components materials in base material and composite material of different metal composite plates, and the relationship between tensile strength and microhardness is established. The relational expression between interfacial shear strength and pure component property of base material and composite material of metal composite plate is established to predict the interfacial shear strength of metal composite plate. The result shows that there is the direct relationship between interfacial shear strength and mechanical property of base material and composite material components of metal composite plate with good interface.
