结合太原市刘家堡乡的总体规划情况,剖析了农村人口的转移特点,从产业转型与布局两方面,阐述了发展乡镇产业的思路,旨在建立起"外出打工积累、本地回流创业"的城镇化和城乡发展一体化的产业框架。

Combining with the overall planning of Taiyuan Liujiabao country,this paper analyzed the transfer characteristics of rural population,from the industry transformation and layout aspects,elaborated the idea development of township industry,aimed to establish the industry framework of＂migrant workers accumulation,local counterflow entrepreneurship＂urbanization and urban and rural development integration.
