摘要
对5种不同EPS颗粒体积掺量的混凝土进行单轴冲击压缩试验,并分析不同EPS颗粒体积掺量混凝土的冲击吸能特性。试验结果表明:混凝土比能量吸收随应变率的增加而增加,具有显著的应变率效应;根据比能量吸收,得出EPS颗粒体积掺量在10%~30%之间,EPS混凝土冲击吸能特性优于普通混凝土,应变率为60 s-1时EPS颗粒体积掺量为30%时冲击吸能特性最好。
The impact compression test was carried out on 5 kinds of concrete with different EPS volume,analyzes the effect of energy absorbing property with EPS volume fraction. The experimental results showed that the specific energy absorption of concrete increased with the increase of strain rate,which shows obvious strain rate dependence. According to the specific energy absorption,the energy absorption of EPS concrete amongst 10% ~ 30% is better than the ordinary concrete,strain rate is 60 s- 1,the optimum volume fraction of EPS is 30%.
