谈公路交通安全保障技术

On safety guarantee technique of road transportation

结合公路建设新形势,从公路交通事故形态入手,通过对人、车、道路等方面交通事故诱因分析,从公路安全设计、交通安全评价和道路交通安全改善三个方面提出了交通安全保障措施,以保证我国公路交通安全。

Combining with the new tendency of the road construction,the paper analyzes the factors for the traffic accidents from people,vehicle and automobiles in the aspect of the raod traffic accidents,and points out the traffic safety guarantee measures from the road safety design,traffic safety evaluation and road traffic safety improvement,so as to ensure the road traffic safety in China.
