Study on construction project investment management based on BIM and PLM

通过分析传统建设项目投资控制缺点,提出BLM理念在工程项目投资管理中的优势与可行性,介绍了基于BLM的建设项目投资控制模式,从导入环路、参与方环路、功能环路和建设阶段环路四方面阐述了该模式的构建方式,并设计了模式的功能模块,指出模式运行中采用"导入对接法",可避免信息重复输入,提高投资管理效率。

Analysing the shortcomings of the traditional investment control,indicating that the advantages and feasibility of BLM in the investment management of the construction project,and introduce the pattern of the project investment control that based on BLM. Elaborating the foundation of the mode in four areas,including import circurt,participant circurt,function circurt and construction phase circurt,and designing the function module of the mode,point out using＂the method of importing butt joint＂when the pattern is run,and it can avoid information input repeatly and increase the managerial efficiency of investment management.
