摘要
结合实际工作经验,从高校基建业主管理的角度,运用精细化管理方法,对高校基建项目前期工作中主要涉及的工程决策、招投标、合同管理等主要工作进行阐述和探析,以消除管理上的盲点,提高管理效能。
Combining with the work experience,the paper adopts the refined management method from the owner management of infrastructure programs in colleges,illustrates and analyzes main factors in the preparation for the programs including the engineering decision-making,bidding,and contract management,so as to eliminate the blind spots of the management and improve the management efficiency.
