摘要
食品安全危机频繁发生,严重威胁着人们的生命健康。从整个食品生产过程中的养殖种植、食品加工、食品冷藏、售后溯源等环节出发,综合运用ZigBee、RFID、Android等物联网应用技术,分析并设计了一种食品溯源系统,实现了对食品供应链全过程的场景模拟。
Food security crises frequently occur and make seriously threat to human's lives and health. Considering the procedures in the whole food production,such as breeding and planting,food processing,food frozen and after-sales traceability,this paper comprehensively employs IOT technologies,such as Zig Bee,RFID and Android to analyze and design a food safety traceability system,which implements the whole simulation for the food supply chain process.
