文章职业倦怠现象进行分析和探讨,提出干预措施,以此实现辅导员队伍的健康发展。
This paper analyzes the burnout phenomenon of counselors in higher vocational colleges and proposes the intervention measures, hoping to achieve the healthy development of counselors.
