摘要 创新型人才作为国家实力提升的重要战略资源,对于引领经济社会发展有不可忽视的作用。高校作为高层次创新型人才的集聚地,以高校为例研究人才引进问题具有重大现实意义。目前我国创新型人才储备欠充分,流失问题严重,人才引进面临严峻挑战。由于这些问题亟待解决,本文以美国等发达国家人才引进政策为借鉴,分析研究了我国高校高层次创新人才引进的现状与发展策略,希望以此促进我国高校人力资源的有机循序发展。 As important strategic resources for the improvement of national power, innovative talents play an important role that cannot be neglected in leading economic and social development.Colleges and universities are places gathering high-level and innovative talents, so it is of great realistic significance to research talent introduction with colleges and universities as the example.Currently, the reserve of innovative talents is insufficient in China and talent drain is severe, greatly threatening talent introduction.As it is urgent to solve these problems, this paper refers to talent introduction policies in developed countries such as America and analyzes the current situation and development strategies of the introduction of high-level and innovative talents in China, hoping to promote the organic and orderly development of human resources in China's colleges and universities.
