基层团支部建设对提升大学生思想政治教育质量的作用

The Effect of Grassroots League Branch Construction on the Improvement of the Quality of College Students' Ideological and Political Education

高校团支部是高校共青团工作和活动的基本单位,是共青团最基层的一级组织,是团的各项工作的基础和终端。做好高校基层团支部的工作,对加强学生思想政治教育,培养青年成长成才,强化立德树人教育具有积极促进作用。本文从当前高校基层团支部建设存在的问题入手,分析了加强基层团支部建设对大学生思想政治教育的重要性,并就加强高校基层团支部建设的措施进行了阐述。

The college league branch is not only the basic unit of work and activity in college Communist Youth League, but also the most basic organization, as well as the foundation and terminal of various work. It has a positive effect to do a better work in college grassroots league branch for improving students＇ ideological and political education, cultivating the intellect of young generation and intensifying their morality and education. This paper starts from the problems existing in the grassroots league branch construction of local universities, and makes an analysis of the importance that strengthens the construction of grassroots league branch on the college students＇ ideological and political education, as well as makes a detailed description of the measures to strengthen college grassroots league branch.
