高职教育的发展,学生是核心,教师是关键。只有高素质的教师才能培养出高质量的学生人才。论文结合当前高职教育实际,分析了高职教师继续教育的现状和问题,并提出了加强高职教师继续教育的对策及建议。

In the development of higher vocational education,students are the core and teachers are the key. Only high-quality teachers can cultivate high-quality students. Combined with the current situation of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the continuing education of higher vocational teachers and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the continuing education of higher vocational teachers.
