Research on the Comprehensive Appraisal System of Engineering Postgraduates

为培养符合时代要求、德智体美全面发展的研究生,研究制定以道德素质为主体,学术能力、学业成绩、创新能力等指标并行的考评体系。通过调研、座谈等方式建立考评体系,并在实践中检验施行效果,综合研究生、指导教师、其他教师群体的综合建议和反馈,建立以综合考评体系导向为重要途径的创新研究生培养机制。

To cultivate postgraduates meeting the needs of the times and with comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, we should research and formulate an appraisal system with moral quality as the principal part and academic ability, academic performance and innovation ability as the standards. The appraisal system is established through investigations and interviews and the effect is checked in practice. Besides, the comprehensive suggestions and feedback from postgraduates, tutors and other teachers are analyzed, in order to establish an innovative postgraduate cultivation mechanism oriented by comprehensive evaluation system.
