摘要
目的:探讨分析在中医内科临床带教中实施病例讨论法的教学效果,为临床教学提供科学依据。方法:对2013年2月~2015年2月在我院实习的220名中医内科实习生进行研究。将220名实习生随机分为研究组和传统组,每组各110名实习生。传统组实习生实施传统教学方法进行临床教学,研究组实习生实施病例讨论法进行临床教学,研究分析两组实习生的教学效果。结果:经过为期2个月的临床教学,研究组见习生的理论测试成绩平均为(93.38±4.89)分,其临床技能的成绩平均(50.51±9.02)分;传统组见习生的理论测试成绩平均为(90.02±7.33)分,其临床技能的成绩平均为(40.21±7.08)分,研究组实习生的理论测试成绩及临床技能成绩均明显高于传统组实习生,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:对中医内科临床实习生实施病例讨论法进行临床教学,能有效提高中医内科实习生的专业理论知识和实践操作技能,值得在临床教学上推广使用。
Objective: To explore and analyze the teaching effect of case discussion method in the clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and provide scientific basis for clinical teaching. Methods: 220 interns majoring in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were studied. They were randomly divided into research group and traditional group, each group had 110 interns. For the traditional group, traditional teaching methods were implemented to carry out clinical teaching, while for the research group, case discussion method w as used to carry out clinical teaching, and then the teaching effects of the two groups were researched and analyzed. Results: After 2 months of clinical teaching, the average score of the research group in theoretical test is(93.38±4.89), and the average score in clinical skill is(50.51±9.02); the average score of the traditional group in theoretical test is(90.02±7.33), and the average score in clinical skill is(40.21±7.08); the scores of the research group are significantly higher than those of the traditional group and the difference is significant and is of statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of case discussion method in clinical teaching for clinical interns majoring in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the professional theory knowledge and practical operation ability of them, so it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
