高职学生职业核心能力结构探析

Analysis on the Structure of Higher Vocational Students' Professional Core Ability

随着技术的进步和社会经济、产业结构的发展,社会职业岗位由原来的单一性向综合性方向发展,终身职业向多种职业嬗变。因此,高职培养的人才为了能不断地适应社会形势及市场的变化,需要获得适合职业岗位工作需要的各种能力,包括知识、技能、才干、经验等各方面的综合职业能力。本文从高职学生职业核心能力入手,剖析组成高职学生职业核心能力的几大方面,提出提高职业核心能力的具体措施,为高职学生职业能力全方位提升提供理论基础以指导实践。

With the progress of technology and the development of social economy and industrial structure, jobs in the society are changing from the originally single pattern to the present comprehensive direction, and from lifelong careers to a variety of careers.Therefore, to continuously adapt to the social situation and market changes, the cultivation of higher vocational talents should include various abilities needed by the current jobs, namely, the comprehensive professional ability including knowledge, skill,competence and experience. Starting from the professional core ability of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the major aspects of higher vocational students＇ professional core ability,and puts forward the specific measures to improve professional core ability, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive improvement of higher vocational students＇ professional ability.
