对于高校建设项目来说,招投标档案材料是整个建设项目档案不可或缺的组成部分,是高校建设方进行投资控制和预算执行的基础性依据。建设项目招投标分为准备阶段、招标阶段、评标签合同这三个主要阶段,每个阶段都有相应的基础性文件资料需要归档,其内容复杂,牵涉面广。本文归纳了招投标各环节所涉及的文档情况特点,简要列出了每个阶段归档工作内容和重点,分析了各阶段之间的关联性,强调了各阶段归档工作的时间性特征,为做好高校建设项目招投标档案工作提供了参考。

To all the universities, files of bidding and tendering are the key elements of the whole construction projects. Universities make plans of the investment control and the budget implementation according to these files. The bidding and tendering can be divided into three stages： the stage of preparing, the stage of tendering, as well as the stage of bidding evaluation. There are a great number of complex materials to be sorted out during these stages. This article analyzes the connection of these stages, emphasizing the key points and important works should be done timely, providing methods of construction files management for universities.
