学生社团在大学生社会化进程中的作用研究

Research on the Role of Student Associations in the Socialization of University Students

大学生大都处于青年时代,青年阶段是个体社会化的重要阶段。而大学校园是大学生学习、生活的重要场所,在日常的课堂教学中,大学生学会基本的理论知识;在课外,学生社团作为大学生的第二课堂,在实践层面可以促进大学生社会化进程。本文通过阐述学生社团的社会化功能的体现与不足,并提出几点建议,使学生社团在促进大学生社会化进程中更好地发挥作用。

University students are mostly at their age of youth which is an important stage for their socialization. University campus is an important place for university students＇ learning and living, and they learn basic theoretical knowledge in routine classroom teaching, while student associations, as the second class of university students, promote the socialization of university students after class. Through the elaboration of the reflections and shortcomings of the socialization function of student associations,this paper proposes several suggestions, aiming to give better play to the role of student associations in the socialization of university students.
