摘要
介绍了贵州引子渡水电站引水隧洞进行超长大直径全圆针梁钢模台车(以下简称钢模台车)洞内安装与抗浮机构创新设计。采取针梁与梁框互为支承滑动、倒链、汽吊三者交替进退有机配合的安装方案,解决了洞内狭窄空间条件下进行顶模、边模安装的难题,结果证明方案可行;针对原抗浮机构的缺陷进行了创新设计,施工实践验证了抗浮机构操作方便、安全可靠。
The installation scheme for the ultra-long large-diameter full-circle needle beam steel template trolley in diversion tunnels of Guizhou Yinzidu Hydropower Station and the novel design of anti-floating structure are introduced. In the template installation,the needle beam and the beam frame act as the support for each other. Installation approaches such as sliding,chain hoist and truck crane are effectively combined and adopted. Thus,the installation difficulty for the top and side templates in confined space in tunnels is resolved. Feasibility of the scheme is proved by practice. Also,a novel design is proposed for the anti-floating structure,which is shown to be reliable and easy to operate.
