红外成像仪在水布垭电厂机组维护中的应用

摘要 介绍了红外成像仪在水布垭电厂机组维护中的应用。红外成像仪可以通过接收物体发出的红外线(红外辐射),测出设备表面的温度及温度场的分布,从而判断设备发热情况。比起接触式测温方法,红外测温有着响应时间快、非接触、使用安全及使用寿命长等优点。红外成像仪的应用,对提高发电机组设备的可靠性,提高运行经济效益,降低维修成本都有很重要的意义。 Application of the infrared thermal imager in maintenance work of generator units in Shuibuya Hydropower Station is introduced. The infrared thermal imager can be used to measure the temperature and distribution of the temperature field on the surface of equipment by receiving the infrared emitted from the equipment. Thus,heating condition of the equipment can be monitored. Compared with traditional contact-type temperature measuring methods,the infrared temperature measuring approach is of certain advantages such as quick response,non-contact,safe and long service life,which could be very useful for the improvement of the unit reliability,raising of the economic efficiency and reduction of the maintenance cost.
